1. Seaview Cottage can accommodate up to seven people.

2. Letting is from Saturday to Saturday and visitors should vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure. We will be able to receive guests from 3pm on the first day of the let.

3. Short breaks may be available during the low season.

4. Rental prices include all linen, electricity, fuel and towels.

5. The cottage is strictly non smoking for the benefit of all guests.

6. We may be able to accommodate a well behaved dog by arrangement.

7. A deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm a booking. The balance is required four weeks before date of arrival.

8. Should the booking be cancelled prior to arrival any payment made will be returned only if the cottage can be re-booked. We therefore recommend that guests secure cancellation holiday insurance.

9. The owners shall not be liable to guests, for any loss or damage to their possessions in the cottage or grounds, or for deprivation of occupancy through acts of God and the like.

10. Guests should notify us of any damage or breakages for which there may be a charge.
11. There are two wildlife ponds in the garden of the cottage, children should be supervised at all times.
12. If you have to self isolate at Seaview you will be liable for the cost of your extended stay. Please consult your insurance.

Information for dog owners

Guests are welcome to bring one well behaved dog any more may be accommodated by prior arrangement, for which there is a supplement. The following is advice and information for dog owners. 

1. We strongly advise you to protect your dog from ticks. Please consult your vet and treat your dog one week before arrival.

2. It would be appreciated if dogs are kept from the furniture - seats and beds.

3. Please do not leave your dog unaccompanied in the cottage.

4. Please ensure the garden is left free of dirt for the benefit of our future guests.

5. There are several sheep free walks for your dog, details of these routes will be available in the cottage.
